In October 2001, the President of the United States signed into law the Patriot Act. The
Patriot act provides the United States Government with additional tools to fight the funding
of terrorism and money laundering activities. As a result, financial institutions like King
Commodities are required to adopt and enforce anti-money laundering policies and
procedures that include a customer identification program. As part of King Commodities’
anti-money laundering policies and procedures, King Commodities requires its customers to
provide certain documents that will assist King Commodities and its clearing brokers in
verifying your true identity. Therefore, at a minimum, when opening a trading account with
King Commodities, King Commodities will ask for your name, address, date of birth and in
many cases depending on the clearing FCM AML requirements, documentation to support
your identity such as a current government issued passport or driver’s license and in some
cases, a current utility bill. If King Commodities is unable to obtain reasonable identification
verification, King Commodities reserves the right to request additional documentation and
possibly deny your account.

· Information about your creditworthiness, credit history, and other information about you that we receive from consumer reporting agencies, our affiliates, or providers of other demographic information, such as your purchasing or investment preferences.
· Information about you obtained in connection with our efforts to protect against fraud or unauthorized use of your account(s) with us.
ONLINE SERVICES:
If you register for our online products or services, we retain your user ID and password and other information about your use of the website in order that we may recognize you as a registered user. We may obtain your e-mail address from you or from another source. We may use your email to send you important information about your account(s) with us and our products and services.
